BIO: My name is Josh Mouzakis, and I’m a 21 year old mechanical engineering student at UC Davis. Aside from hill-climbs I race pretty much anything that I can, from motocross to endure-cross--if it’s happening I’ll give it a shot! Outside of riding dirt-bikes I spend a lot of time on my bmx bike. I ride the local park in Davis, CA almost every day, but I enjoy dirt more so I ride trails whenever I can. I’m very fortunate to have all of our friends on the Ratbeach Racing team supporting me so hopefully we can have a good year in 2017!

- What are your goals for 2016?/Future?
My main goal for the future is to have more consistent results. I’ve finished up near the front a few times but I want to take that next step so that I’m up there consistently. I would also like to travel to some out of state races at some point, but right now it’s difficult to do with my school schedule.
- What was your most memorable sporting moment?
My most memorable sporting moment was making the amateur main at the Sacramento endure-cross in 2014. I had worked so hard to improve after not making it into the night show the year before, and racing in front of a huge crowd like that is something I will never forget.
- What is your favorite NAHA venue and why?
My favorite NAHA venue is Carnegie SVRA since that is my local riding spot. Aside from just holding hill-climbs the park has everything you need to make you a better rider, and there’s something out there to challenge every skill level.
